These led grow lights are proven to perform better than the Metal Halide or HPS grow light at a fraction of the energy cost (check the comparison photos on the left). As far as performance, these ufo grow lights are built at the optimal light spectrums with Red 660nm, Blue 460nm, White 6,000 Kelvin at a 7:1:1 ratio (70 red LED’s, 10 blue LED’s, 10 white LED’s), which are the optimal wavelengths for photosynthsis, allowing your plants to absorb all the spectrums of the light it needs.
One of the key benefits of led grow lights is the efficiency of the LED lights. Because these LED lights emit very little heat, even if you place the light directly over the plants, it will not burn or harm the plants.
